Villa Caballeros is a private, gated condominium association community of 59 residences located in 3 connected multilevel buildings, with central elevator.

Two basic floor plans are available, all having 1 Master Bedroom with Master Bathroom and 1 Guestroom with adjacent Bathroom in approximately 1100 sq. ft. of indoor space.

All residences include private laundry hook-ups, plenty of closet space, utility closet, sliding doors from both the Master Bedroom and the Living Room onto a covered patio or balcony and 1 reserved covered parking space. Ample guest parking is conveniently located at all three buildings.

Pool/Spa
Come spend the afternoon at the pool! Enjoy a beautiful, pristine pool surrounded by plenty of hardscape deck and lush landscaping. There are plenty of comfortable chaise lounges to catch the sun and two tables with umbrellas for a relaxing ‘al fresco’ lunch poolside. The pool is heated in the cooler months for year-round swimming and at the end of a busy day, a soak in the 102 degree spa is sure to be a relaxing experience. Our Annual Luau poolside each April is a fun community event that we all look forward to. Pool/Spa hours are from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM.

2nd Floor Tennis Court
Singles or doubles anyone? The tennis court is set on the roof of the main parking garage and features amazing mountain views. Start your day off with some solo service practice or play a couple of sets with friends.

Racquetball Court
No need to go to the gym for racquetball! We have a full-size indoor racquetball court for your pleasure. Get your racquet & indoor court shoes and be prepared for a workout.

Community Room
Next to the tennis court is the community room available to all homeowners for use. Tables and chairs can be arranged as needed and there are two sets of shelves with plenty of books, in case you need a good paperback to read at the pool. The Association meets in this space for board Meetings, committee meetings and the Annual Meeting each January.
